    Masterbatch is a kind of color particle which is made by dispersing super constant pigment evenly in resin.
The masterbatch is usually composed of pigment,  resin, dispersant and other additives. Inorganic pigments: black and white pigments represented by titanium dioxide and carbon black; Iron oxide, metal oxidation mixed crystal series, ultramarine, metal sulfide, etc.

    Organic pigments: azo series, phthalocyanine series, heterocyclic (thick ring) series, etc.

       Due to the characteristics of pigment surface, the content of different pigments in the masterbatch is different. Usually organic pigments can achieve mass fraction range of 20%~40%, while inorganic pigments generally between 50%~80%.

    The pigment for masterbatch produced by Yuhong pigment have  bright color, good dispersion, high color strength, and good migration resistance. The pigments suitable for masterbatch  include pigment yellow 12, pigment yellow 13, pigment yellow 14, pigment yellow 83, pigment orange 13, pigment red 48:1, pigment red 48:2, pigment red 53:1, pigment red 57:1, etc.
