In the printing process, the ink is transferred between the rotating ink rollers, and the ink filaments will be pulled off when the ink is separated. When the pulled ink filaments become small particles and fly away from the ink rollers with the rotation of the rollers, they spread into the space, causing air pollution, damaging the operating environment of the workshop and affecting the quality of the printed products.
The reasons for producing flying ink
1. The viscosity of the ink and the speed of the printing machine are not compatible.

2.The cohesion of the ink is not strong enough, the body bone is soft, and the filament head is too long.

3.The  water resistance of the ink is poor which is easy to emulsify.

The solution of ink flying

  You can add the right amount of gum oil in the ink when producing the ink to increase the viscosity and flow of the ink and improve the water resistance.

  When printing, It is better to use harder and more concentrated ink and reduce the amount of ink given. Keep the uniformity of the ink roller surface, so that the ink is distributed more evenly on the ink roller.
